MEET THE TEAM
As a little girl, Sara has always had a love for design, finding joy in creating a cozy and comfortable home. Growing up as the youngest sibling with four older brothers, the closest in age being 18 years older, she was surrounded by construction her whole life. And now, her husband is a contractor, too! Their weekends are all about heading to the lake with their dogs, Allie and Creek. It's their little slice of paradise where they can unwind. It is Sara’s dream come true to combine her love for design with her husband's expertise in construction. Design has always been her thing and she loves to bring that warm and inviting atmosphere to every home she touches.
SARA FINK
One of our exceptionally talented decorators, Shirley, has been with us since 2019. She has an eye to turn any space into a client’s favorite space. She is truly one of the loveliest human beings you have ever met, as well as the supplier of chocolate in the office. Sara has known her since 2001 and can honestly say that she has never heard her raise her voice to anyone. She spends her time with her children, grandchildren and loves gardening. Her projects around her own home are never ending!
SHIRLEY ARKLE
The lady that keeps us all so organized! It is a fact that the creatives are not known for being organized, so this is a big job to handle! Since Jess started working with us in January 2023, she has whipped us into shape with so many processes and systems, which makes us so happy. We love all the processes and systems to follow, but just don't enjoy creating them so we are so thankful for her!
Jess is a native of Carthage, Missouri and married her high school sweetheart, Josh. They have three beautiful children named Hailey Jia, Connor Alan, and Raymond Alec. She has loved joining our team and watching houses be turned into a home!
JESSICA RALSTON
Emily came to work for us in 2020. When she first joined our team, she helped with office and bookkeeping tasks. She then transitioned to working on our marketing and photographing all our projects. She helped us get our website, social media and marketing materials really off the ground and we have so much appreciation for her getting that going in our earlier years!
Emily has come and gone a couple of times now to have Henry, 3, and then again to have Nora, 2. Emily is now expecting number 3 on the way! Emily married Austin in June of 2016 (fun fact: same month and year as Chris & Sara!) She is transitioning currently into focusing on our photography for our projects and in special marketing projects we have going on. Emily is the daughter of Shirley Arkle, our interior decorator on our team!
EMILY LAWRENCE
Paige went to Missouri State with Sara for interior design and currently lives in KC with her husband Kyle, their two boys Danny and Andrew. Paige does a lot of our shopping for accessories and furniture sourcing in the KC area (they have way better shopping of course!)
PAIGE DELONG
Ivey is from Carthage, MO, and is currently a Senior at Pittsburg State University, majoring in Interior Design with an emphasis in construction and graphic design. Ivey got married this past March to her high school sweetheart, Lucas. He is also attending Pittsburg State University, majoring in Construction Management. Ivey loves to be outside, hang out with friends and family, and all things design!!
She started working for Robbins Fink Interiors in May of 2024 as an intern. She focuses mainly on drafting floor plans and remodels, helping pick out finishes, and decorating! Ivey’s favorite part about her job is getting to do something new everyday, and that everyone on the team has been so welcoming!
Kara joined the team in March 2024 as our social media manager. She runs and manages all of the social media accounts and takes on whatever work she can help with for projects in the office. Social media has been her expertise since 2019 and knows all of the ins and outs to keep our platforms pretty and growing!
Kara married her husband Jake, who is Sara’s nephew, in October 2017 and together they are raising four wild and rowdy children, Corbin, Deklan, Addison, and Ridger.
